What shipping method do you use?

All of our orders are shipped using FedEx unless otherwise noted. FedEx is shipped out Monday through Friday. Shipping time does not include Weekends, so an order placed on Friday may not be placed until Monday. To see all shipping policies, Click Here.

Do you offer free shipping?

At HeavenlyKonaCoffee.com, we offer free shipping on all orders over $120.00, regardless of which products and how much they weigh you buy. For orders under $120.00, shipping is calculated by the total weight of the products ordered.

Do you offer Rush Deliveries?

In most cases, our standard delivery time is 1-5 business days upon the order placement. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

To achieve this, our preferred roast is a Full City Roast. All our coffees are roasted "Full City" unless specified "Dark Roast". We will custom roast if preferred.
